What materials do you work in?

We work with a variety of wood types based on the specific look or strength required for each individual project. For our resin 3D printing we use a proprietary ABS resilient blend to ensure strength without any loss of detail. We have filament PLA based printing services for larger projects that may require it.

How will my project be shipped?

Based on the size of your commission we will utilize a variety of shipping options from USPS, DHL freight, FedEx, or even if possible local pickup;all options would be discussed during the consultation for your project. We currently do not offer international shipping but are continuing our efforts to make it a reality soon.

What are some customizable options available?

We offer hand-painted custom works as well as lazer engraving on our wood pieces.

Whats your return policy?

We hope that during the creation of your project that we can maintain an open and effective line of communication with you to ensure satisfaction with your item before it ships. Should you receive your item damaged or missing an already agreed upon element, you will have 14 days from the tracking notice of successful delivery to contact our customer service email. From there we will discuss the individual options available to you based on the size and nature of the piece you purchased.

What payment types are accepted?

We like to be as flexible as possible to meet the individual needs of our customers and therefore except many of the current payment methods such as PayPal, Cashapp, Venmo, or even a mailed money order. These options can be discussed during your consultation.
